A friend of mine sent me this in a email and I thought you might enjoy it too.
CALMNESS IN OUR LIVES
I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr Phil proclaimed, 'The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished.' So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of chocolates. You have no idea how freaking good I feel right now. Pass this on to those whom you think might be in need of inner peace. Can you believe I have another orchid? This one is full of buds so should bloom and look beautiful for quite a while. Remember the first orchid? I cut the last of the blooms off today so it lasted. I really enjoyed it. I have one more and I think it is yellow but it shows no sign of doing anything.

Miss Judy, So happy to see you posted on my Birthday! What a *Sweet Surprise* your beautiful snowflake and you get one each month. How did you get so lucky?. I'm a bit behind on my posting and blog visits. We were in Seattle for my B-day. My kitty didn't take my absence very well (even though my neighbor/friend tended to her every need). She left a WET present (of disapproval) on my bedding. I think as she gets older it seems she really doesn't like me gone. She has not left my side (since my return) all week. She'd prefer to take the place of my lap top. She try's to wedge herself in between.
You're the Orchid whisperer. I've never seen one bloom that many times before.
I'm working on a v-day dessert post. I'll let you know how it goes.
Sweet Wishes,
Sara
Your orchid is beautiful! Well, I am off to finish things. Let's ee, there is a bottle of gin, a bad of potatoe chips, some Dove Ice Cream bars.....yep, I am feeling better already!
