More Fall Decorations

Yesterday was David's memorial and it was very nice but so very sad. They showed a video of his life. He was so cute as a baby and very very handsome as an adult. We all miss you David.

I added a couple more fall decorations this past week and thought I would post those since I really don't have anything else ready. And no the picture above is not a fall decoration, he is a permanent fixture around here. This is the way he normally sleeps. How he sleeps in those weird positions is beyond me. I'd be so stiff I wouldn't be able to move when I woke up.

I love my ghost tea light burner. This is one of my favorite Halloween things.
I added some fake fruit to my floor stand and centered the candle on top of everything. It looks so pretty when the candle is lit. I was pleased!! I think I will redo it with holly and berries for Christmas.
I put some fake pumpkins and leaves on my other cake plate for this one. Since I've got both plates filled with fall decorations I guess I won't be making much cake this month. I love decorations I can leave until after Thanksgiving.

Judy,
I'm missing the sleeping part - don't know if it's just been a really long day, but I don't see what you're talking about...? Hmmm...

I love your ghosts - they are darling. Halloween's always been one of my favorites and that decoration is just darling - looks like a piece from the past - charming.

And, you're welcome... you'd do the same for me. I know what it's like. Take care ;)

Good morning, Judy. May David rest in peace!

Your autumn tableau looks great. We're on the same page with our cake stands. I filled mine with candles but ***sigh***... they're going to be unlit as Joe has a VERY sensitive nose. I might bring it out to the porch for Halloween eve.

Have a great day!

You've been on my mind all day (even through my hair cut)... Such pampering, I should be ashamed, shouldn't I? ...No ;)

Have a good evening, Judy~

Hiya Judy, Im not supposed to be here, this blogging malarkey is getting addictive! Im so glad Davids memorial was a nice service for you and his loved ones to remember him by. Im sending you a hug.....can you feel it yet? Im squeezing tighter now! X I like your ghostly tealight, Ive never ever seen anything like that before. My cat Tilly also gets into strange yoga positions when shes asleep. At the moment she is doing the 'croissant' (Thats one of my made up yoga positions....dont ever ask how to do it if you take up yoga LOL! X

For some reason your posts did not come up on my feed and I am behind on reading!

I like all your fall decorations. Everything looks so warm and inviting.

I wondered when David's memorial would be. I am glad that it was a nice tribute to his life.
