Don't you just love tomatoes? I bought these Saturday at the market. A little pricey...ok a lot pricey but I couldn't resist. I'm making a tomato tart with them. Would you like to come for dinner?
The cloche has a bird nest we found on one of our hikes. Not the grueling Mt. Beirstadt, just a nice slow easy one we took a couple of months ago. It was probably from last year and just hanging on the branch so we broke it off and brought it home. I found some little eggs to finish my display. The hydrangeas at Whole Foods were so pretty I couldn't resist bringing some home for a nice summer bouquet.

Have a great Monday.

I just discovered your blog thanks to Four Sisters in a Cottage blog. You have some of the best recipes I have seen! I went all the way back to the beginning of your archives and now that I'm caught up with you, look forward to dropping in regularly! Have a wonderful week! Twyla
There's "talk" that we in Tyler may be getting a Whole Foods market. I so hope that it is true! I love that place. Is there room at the table for me? I have only myself to cook for, as my husband is working so much. So I don't cook often.

Tomato tart, yummy!
Maybe that is something that I can learn how to prepare? Is it hard to make?
Happy Monday!

Oh please share the tomato tart recipe. It sounds like something I would love to make.
Hugs,

I love your cloche & the little display you've put together. I also need to finish my list.
I got meme'd, typed it all out & somehow deleted it. I wasn't too happy after putting some thought into it. xoxo, Joanna
