More Flea Market Finds

See my little squirrel? Isn't he cute? I just love him on my table watching over my patio garden. The watering can I've had for several years and I change out the flowers depending on the season.

I fell in love with the bird cage. It was so filthy and had a hard time cleaning it. I finally put it under the shower and sprayed it. Then I took a wet Q-Tip and tried to clean all the little places. It looks a lot better now and I think I'll paint it.
I love teacups and thought this one was so pretty and dainty.

The teapot is from my friend Jan. I told you she was cleaning house!! I just love the details on the legs and handles. It is from the 1940's and in mint condition!!
My apothecary jar with a nest of quail eggs. I'm drying some roses so I can put the dried petals in the nest with the eggs.
This is a candy scale also from the 1940's that I put seasonal candy in.
I hope you enjoyed today's goodies.

That little bird cage caught my eye. I have a couple of bird cages and I really like them. I used to have a couple of finch but they were a lot of work so now I put flowers in the cages. (smiles)

Judy,

Wow, you found such beautiful treasures.

The fun will be finding that special place just for each piece.

Good for you on your finds.

Judy,

Now it's my turn to take a break from work.

You must be a great cook. I made dinner last night, and it was awful beyond words.

I need to keep practicing.

Hope your work day goes well.
